Misfortune Cookie

For lunch today Otis and I went to Firebowl, a local stir fry restaurant. They have this big bowl of fortune cookies sitting on a counter next to the soda fountain, and you're free to take as many as you like. Someone from our group grabbed a bunch of them and passed them around the table. We all then proceeded to open them and read our fortunes, only mine didn't have any fortune in it. So, I grabbed an extra one that was laying on the table, and it too had no fortune in it. I decided to try one last time, and this is what I got:

I've decided to stay inside and sit on the couch for the rest of the day. I figured nothing could happen to me there, right?

lol! Kirk came over this afternoon and told us about the ridiculous fortunes. Hope you were safe for the rest of the day! Apparently, his told him to seek professional help!?!

andrea:

Yeah, I've decided these are the meanest fortune cookies ever. Luckily, nothing horrible has happened to me today...yet.

Hysterical!
It was truely a fortune too - not just one of those nice sayings that some "fortune" cookies have. The sofa was probably your safest bet next to crawling back in bed :)
* Love the picture!

Natalie:

That is awesome.
